Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To request a withdrawal, please fill out the below form within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

Once the return has been received, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Kindly note, return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Certain items, including custom or made-to-order pieces, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
