Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.

**Kindly note, the online shop will be on a short summer pause while we travel through Korea and Japan from June 25-July 10, 2026.

Orders placed during this time will ship after we return.

Shipping within the U.S.:

Free USPS priority shipping or UPS 3-day select or ground (1-5 business days) within the U.S. for orders on and above $150

We charge a flat rate of $9 (1-5 business days) for orders below $150.

International Shipping:

$25 flat rate on orders above $300 (1-7 days)

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Kindly note, due to the fragile nature of ceramic pieces, all sales are final.

In the case you receive an item damaged, please email us at info@earthenarchive.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we will issue store credits.
