Japanese Hinoki Wooden Pestle

Meet our Japanese Hinoki Wooden Pestle, handcrafted from scrap wood of Tono hinoki (Japanese cypress), which is produced when lumber is milled. It is an excellent product that fits comfortably in the hand and is very comfortable to grip and grind. The pestle has a beautiful hinoki scent.

Kindly note, the pestle now comes without the  black cord- this is to prevent the mold from forming.
