Meet our Japanese Mino-Yaki Ceramic Matcha Bowl in White, handcrafted in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The center of Mino-Yaki production, Gifu, lies in the center of Japan, with beautiful natural scenes -- surrounded by low mountains and Tokigawa River flowing through. Resulting in an abundance of clay supplies, allowing the crafting of several traditional artworks to flourish. Mino-Yaki was officially labeled a traditional Japanese craft in 1988.

The white glazed surface adds a sense of serenity to your tea ceremony experience. Also the perfectly imperfect shape of the bowl helps one appreciate the wabi sabi philosophy.

Each bowl comes beautifully packaged in a branded box, thus perfect for gifting.
