Japanese Nambu Cast Iron Wind Chimes, Fuurin Kai

Meet our Japanese Nambu Cast Iron Wind Chime, Fuurin Kai, designed and handcrafted by Rikuchou Ogasawara in Japan. This shell-shaped iron chime makes a crisp, light sound with swift breeze. We recommend this shell-shaped style to those who do not want the chime to make sound at every movement. Due to its open-shaped style, only when Zetsu/tongue (the weight for hanging a strip of paper) touches either side will it chime. Traditionally, wind chimes are placed outdoors at temples or indoor by the doorway. It comes with a paper strip to jot down any message you’d like travelling with the wind.
