Japanese Onta-Yaki Ceramic Vase
Meet our Japanese Onta-Yaki Ceramic Vase, handcrafted and fired in Oita Prefecture, Japan. Onta-yaki is made by observing the tradition of being handed down from generation to generation. This vase is also carried by The Japan Folk Crafts Museum (日本民藝館, Nihon Mingeikan) shop in Tokyo and is a true embodiment of Japanese folk art. All Onta-Yaki pottery is fired in a climbing kiln.
