Handcrafted by ceramic artist Norikazu Ogawa, this pedestal bowl brings quiet elegance to the table. Its broad, shallow form is elevated on a gently flared foot, lending a sense of lightness while creating a subtle focal point for presentation.

Finished in a deep charcoal glaze with warm bronze undertones, the surface reveals soft variations created during the firing process. The understated palette and balanced proportions allow the bowl to complement both contemporary and traditional settings.

Ideal for serving seasonal dishes, fruit, wagashi, or small composed courses, it also functions beautifully as a decorative object when not in use. Like all handmade ceramics, each piece bears slight variations in glaze and form, making every bowl one of a kind.
