Korean Buncheong Ceramic High-Footed Round Plate, H 2.75"

Meet our Korean Buncheong Ceramic High-Footed Round Plate, H 2.75", wheelthrown and handcrafted by ceramist Seungi Min in Korea. The plate was fired in a kiln after being brushed with white clay, which is one of the decorative feature of buncheong ware unique to Korea, and then glazed and fired in the kiln for the second time. It pairs perfectly with any Korean Buncheong High-Footed Cups. The plate is perfect for serving small bites and/or dessert. Towards the lower part of the plate is potter's mark as seen in the fourth image.
