Masangbae (마상배; 馬上杯) is a traditional Korean cup with a tall, pedestal-like base, originally designed for use on horseback. The elevated foot allowed the drinker to hold the cup securely while riding, reflecting both practicality and elegance in form. Today, it is appreciated for its distinctive silhouette and historical reference.
They are perfect for serving sake, soju or tea. Each cup is sold individually.
Dimensions: approx. ⌀ 2.5"; H 3.25"; due to the handmade nature, each cup may vary slightly in terms of the size, especially in height.
Glazed ceramic. Food-safe. Lead-free.
